What you will do

• Create detailed work instructions based on engineering designs and operational concepts.
• Provide direct support to the production floor for active manufacturing cycles.
• Manage and disposition non-conformance issues to maintain production flow.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements for quality control processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement new manufacturing technologies.
• Advise on raw materials and manufacturing process selection.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or refugee/asylee.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in a production environment.
• Proficiency in CAD, scheduling software, issue tracking, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
• Physical ability to climb stairs, work in small areas, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience as an integrator in the space industry.
• Strong understanding of GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
• Familiarity with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
• Experience with tooling and fixture design.
