What you will do

• Lead, manage, and mentor field crews during ecological and wetland surveys.
• Conduct wetland delineations following the 1987 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Manual.
• Collect and analyze geospatial data using Trimble and ESRI tools.
• Prepare technical reports and memos for project planning and permitting.
• Perform habitat, vegetation, and wildlife assessments.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Ecology, Soil Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in wetland delineations, including 1 year in a leadership role.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Familiarity with federal and state wetland regulations and USACE methodology.
• Ability to travel 80-90% of the time and work in adverse field conditions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
