What you will do

• Define and lead the product vision for Europe Fleet (EUF) aligned with International Vehicle Payments strategy.
• Own and prioritize the EUF product roadmap, balancing BAU priorities with growth and innovation opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers across Europe.
• Identify and embed AI capabilities into product workflows to drive competitive differentiation.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through to launch and optimization.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and Technology to ensure successful GTM.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in modern Product Management, including discovery, prioritization, and outcome-driven delivery.
• Practical and hands-on knowledge of AI tools.
• Experience in fleet, vehicle leasing, mobility, or B2B payment environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing and value proposition development.
• Proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders and manage complex multi-country environments.
• Strong people leadership experience in building and scaling product teams.
