Location: Must be based in or able to work from Utrecht, Netherlands (Hybrid)
Salary: €4,931 – €7,043 gross per month

What you will do
- Shape the strategic vision and direction for the ROP engineering user journey.
- Translate organizational and developer needs into a clear, coherent product strategy and roadmap.
- Drive platform adoption and engagement across 160+ internal DevOps squads.
- Build and nurture the ROP community to facilitate knowledge sharing and support.
- Optimize platform user journeys and features in close collaboration with platform contributors and architects.
- Streamline communication and service engagement for creators using the platform.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Good command of both Dutch and English.
- Strong focus on system adoption and success outcomes rather than just technical outputs.
- Ability to present compelling and convincing value propositions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to create structure and purpose.
- Experience with platform engineering, microservice architecture, or application development is an advantage.
