What you will do

• Support Consumer industry projects, including business development and investment banking transactions.
• Create financial analysis for various projects, including company valuation, projections, and peer analysis.
• Prepare professional materials such as pitch books, management presentations, and information memos.
• Coordinate and perform due diligence processes.
• Develop deep industry-specific knowledge within the Consumer vertical.
• Participate in company recruiting efforts.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Sell-Side M&A.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.5 GPA.
• Strong knowledge of business software, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Foundational knowledge of corporate finance and accounting.
• Successful completion of the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam.
• Completion of FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 exams required.
