What you will do

• Simplify seller workflows and reduce cycle times to improve overall operational efficiency.
• Identify friction points across the end-to-end seller journey and contribute to scalable solutions.
• Manage and maintain dashboards tracking core Seller Experience KPIs to provide actionable insights.
• Own key workstreams from diagnosis through implementation to improve inventory turnover.
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to identify and deliver AI-enabled workflow improvements.
• Standardize processes across global regions to ensure consistency and quality.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, consulting, or execution-focused roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience building dashboards with operational data.
• Strong analytical capability with a data-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Effective communication skills for managing stakeholders across functions and levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and cross-functional environment.
