TL;DR

Sr. Sales Training Specialist (SaaS): Facilitating onboarding and capability development for commercial teams across London and APAC with an accent on high-impact training delivery and Voice of the Customer (VoC) integration. Focus on identifying regional skill gaps, adapting global curriculum to local contexts, and driving measurable performance outcomes.

Location: London, United Kingdom. Must be in the office 5 days a week. Must be authorized to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training programs for new and tenured commercial employees.
  • Adapt facilitation approaches to regional and cultural contexts (London and APAC) while maintaining global standards.
  • Conduct needs assessments and shadow sales teams to capture the Voice of the Customer (VoC) and identify skill gaps.
  • Partner with Learning Operations and Program Managers to plan and execute training delivery.
  • Maintain and iteratively update training materials based on learner feedback and performance signals.
  • Track and report on program effectiveness using engagement and learning outcome indicators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS Sales, Engagement, or Support Training.
  • Experience delivering training and coaching to professionals on a global and regional scale.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and blended learning curricula.
  • Authorized to work in the United Kingdom without the need for visa sponsorship.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and project management skills.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
