Location: London, United Kingdom. Must be in the office 5 days a week. Must be authorized to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training programs for new and tenured commercial employees.
- Adapt facilitation approaches to regional and cultural contexts (London and APAC) while maintaining global standards.
- Conduct needs assessments and shadow sales teams to capture the Voice of the Customer (VoC) and identify skill gaps.
- Partner with Learning Operations and Program Managers to plan and execute training delivery.
- Maintain and iteratively update training materials based on learner feedback and performance signals.
- Track and report on program effectiveness using engagement and learning outcome indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS Sales, Engagement, or Support Training.
- Experience delivering training and coaching to professionals on a global and regional scale.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and blended learning curricula.
- Authorized to work in the United Kingdom without the need for visa sponsorship.
- Strong interpersonal communication and project management skills.

- Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
