What you will do

• Analyze consolidated financial performance and prepare executive-level reports for the Board and investors.
• Build and maintain dynamic multi-year financial and scenario models to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles while ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Support M&A activities, including synergy tracking and post-acquisition performance monitoring.
• Translate complex financial data into clear business narratives and actionable insights.
• Review and challenge business investment cases from both strategic and financial perspectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
• Strong experience working with senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders.
• Advanced financial modeling skills including sensitivity analysis and strategic scenario modeling.
• Proven ability to convert complex financial data into compelling business narratives.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• CPA, CFA, or FP&A certification is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Think-Cell for executive presentations.
• Background in deal advisory, due diligence, or private equity environments.
• Experience with planning tools and ERP systems.
