What you will do

• Oversee data migration deliverables across planning and execution to ensure quality and timelines.
• Manage testing cycles, issue tracking, and validation readiness for successful go-lives.
• Coordinate with CMIO stakeholders for clinical validation of Data Collection Workbooks.
• Design and improve workflows and SOPs to support program execution.
• Facilitate alignment between clinical, technical, and program teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to data migration and validation efforts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing healthcare IT, EHR/EMR, or data migration programs.
• Strong understanding of data migration lifecycles, testing methodologies, and validation.
• Proven experience in program management and stakeholder coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (e.g., Oracle Cerner certification).
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal agencies like CMS, VA, or DoD.
• Experience with Oracle Cerner.
