What you will do

• Conduct impact assessments and design structured change initiatives for complex programs.
• Manage competing stakeholder priorities across business and technical teams.
• Develop and embed operational playbooks in live service environments.
• Deliver training and adoption programs for operational teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions during technology or security implementations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Portugal
• 4+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience as a Change Manager in complex, multi-stakeholder technology or security programs.
• Hands-on experience with impact assessments and change initiative design.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing stakeholder priorities.
• Background in Cyber Security environments is strongly preferred.
