What you will do

• Deliver IT support services within financial or risk-related environments.
• Provide Business Analyst services, specifically within BAU support contexts.
• Manage tickets and incidents using JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Utilize the Process Unity platform for operational tasks.
• Conduct service delivery within an English-speaking environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related domain.
• Must be based in Porto or Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid).
• Operational proficiency in Process Unity, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
• English proficiency for working in an English-speaking environment.
• French language capability is considered a strong asset.
