What you will do

• Perform root cause analysis and cost-benefit evaluations for proposed changes.
• Communicate team progress and provide consultation on re-engineering techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in process analysis or improvement.
• Proficiency in process mapping and re-engineering techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve moderate scope problems.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting data and training courses.
