What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to influence roadmaps using data-led insights.
• Own and iterate on A/B testing processes to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Define success metrics and KPIs to quantitatively evaluate product performance.
• Build user-segmentation and customer lifetime value models to inform strategic decisions.
• Mentor the organization on product data coverage and user tracking best practices.
• Innovate on analytical tools and practices, including SQL, Looker, and AI-driven analysis.

Requirements

• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal or able to work from the local office.
• Demonstrated background in product-driven analytics and driving growth.
• Extensive experience with experimental design and running A/B tests.
• Advanced SQL skills and intermediate proficiency in Python or R.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools like Looker.
• Ability to communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders.
