What you will do

• Ensure data integrity in the master management system and support daily operations.
• Create graphs and lists using the Xtraction tool.
• Resolve user incidents and queries specifically related to Ivanti.
• Identify and report errors in MDM processes and flows to the Ivanti team.
• Manage the creation and modification of plants, sales organizations, and teams in Ivanti.
• Participate in IT projects as a data expert and process advisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Access and Excel.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to act in a consultative manner with both business and IT stakeholders.
