What you will do

• Establish, negotiate, and maintain Long Term Agreements (LTAs) to meet performance and cost goals.
• Develop commodity strategies and lead supplier selection processes with key stakeholders.
• Manage supply chain risks through proactive management and audit procedures.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and design improvements across the supply chain.
• Resolve vendor grievances and claims while maintaining favorable cross-functional relationships.
• Prepare and track reporting related to supplier performance and price variances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Business.
• 10+ years of experience in indirect category/services procurement.
• Advanced negotiation skills and expertise in corporate contract processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment.
