What you will do

  • Manage the full project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, and final acceptance.
  • Formulate project plans, milestone schedules, and manage deliverables across all phases.
  • Control project scope and manage change requests to prevent scope creep.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including clients, business consultants, developers, and automation/IT staff.
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks related to schedule, quality, and system integration.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and facilitate client briefings and decision-making meetings.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing digitalization, MES, MOM, or industrial software.
  • Proven track record of leading at least 2 full-cycle manufacturing digitalization or smart factory projects.
  • Solid knowledge of project flow from requirement gathering to final acceptance.
  • Strong proficiency in project planning, scope control, and risk management.
  • Ability to coordinate complex stakeholder groups including external vendors and internal technical teams.
  • Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
