What you will do

• Develop scope, deliverables, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives.
• Ensure all identified projects align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Manage master project plans and track status across the active project portfolio.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Measure project performance and escalate status reports to management.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks impacting program success.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager.
• 5+ years of experience in an upper-management role.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Strong technical aptitude or background in IT, computer science, or engineering.
• Proficiency with Portfolio Management (PPM) or Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) tools.

Nice to have

• Spanish language proficiency.
