What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure delivery within budget and timelines.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success metrics.
• Monitor project performance through data analysis and reporting to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate status, insights, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders through reports and meetings.
• Mentor project team members and strengthen internal project management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management or related experience.
• Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex information.
• Must be based in or able to work in Colorado Springs, CO or Pittsburgh, PA.

• Experience using data analysis to support decision-making and performance tracking.
• Knowledge of market research or competitive analysis techniques.
