What you will do

• Manage the Category Business Plan to improve selling propositions and deliver sustainable sales initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of Category Development Managers and Analysts through coaching and workflow definition.
• Integrate shopper and category insights into actionable plans using tools like IRI, Nielsen, and Circana.
• Partner with Sales teams during Business Planning to identify growth opportunities and influence retail decisions.
• Collaborate with HQ Shopper Insights to develop and monitor the success of in-store activations and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales/Category Management within the CPG or Beverage industry.
• Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to coach and manage professional teams.
• Expertise in syndicated data (Nielsen, Circana, Spectra) and shopper data (Numerator or loyalty data).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT) and Plan-o-gram software, such as JDA Intactix.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Ability to travel 30-40%.
