What you will do

• Lead planning and customer care activities for strategic accounts.
• Manage daily production schedules aligned with inventory policies.
• Execute Order-to-Cash processes from order entry to final delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for service and supply chain inquiries.
• Monitor service indicators and develop action plans for operational improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Planning or Customer Care within an industrial environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is considered a plus.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
