What you will do
- Lead planning and customer care activities for strategic accounts.
- Manage daily production schedules aligned with inventory policies.
- Execute Order-to-Cash processes from order entry to final delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for service and supply chain inquiries.
- Monitor service indicators and develop action plans for operational improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Planning or Customer Care within an industrial environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is considered a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
