What you will do

• Support sourcing and selection of suppliers for pharmaceutical R&D services, such as CROs and specialized labs.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of RFP processes, including data collection and supplier communication.
• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, timelines, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze contracts and pricing to identify optimization and cost-efficiency opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Clinical Operations, R&D, Finance, and Legal.
• Maintain procurement documentation and participate in digitalization projects.

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or similar fields.
• Strong interest in procurement and the pharmaceutical industry.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluency in English & Spanish.
