What you will do

  • Identify and qualify large enterprise opportunities through strategic targeting and C-level stakeholder engagement.
  • Design customized proposals and business cases emphasizing engagement ROI and digital adoption.
  • Manage full-cycle deal execution, including product demos, legal reviews, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Tender Specialists to support formal RFPs and technical documentation.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline tracking and forecasting using Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, HR, or Public Affairs.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in strategic B2B enterprise sales.
  • Proven experience in SaaS, HR tech, or benefits platforms.
  • Familiarity with public/private tenders and managing long-cycle deals.
  • Must be based in Santiago for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Strong command of Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

  • English proficiency for communication and training purposes.
  • Certifications in strategic or solution selling.
