What you will do
- Identify and qualify large enterprise opportunities through strategic targeting and C-level stakeholder engagement.
- Design customized proposals and business cases emphasizing engagement ROI and digital adoption.
- Manage full-cycle deal execution, including product demos, legal reviews, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with Tender Specialists to support formal RFPs and technical documentation.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline tracking and forecasting using Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, HR, or Public Affairs.
- 5–7+ years of experience in strategic B2B enterprise sales.
- Proven experience in SaaS, HR tech, or benefits platforms.
- Familiarity with public/private tenders and managing long-cycle deals.
- Must be based in Santiago for a hybrid work arrangement.
- Strong command of Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office.

- English proficiency for communication and training purposes.
- Certifications in strategic or solution selling.
