TL;DR

Accommodation Market Intern (Travel): Supporting the Accommodation Account Management team in maintaining partner relations and optimizing property listings with an accent on partner communication and data accuracy. Focus on managing extranet content, creating promotions, and coordinating meetings between hoteliers and market managers.

Location: Hybrid (Barcelona, Spain). University Agreement required. Availability to work for at least 6 months (MUST).

What you will do

• Update extranet details including pictures, amenities, room types, and rate plans.
• Create and manage promotions for hotel properties.
• Communicate with hoteliers via phone and email to schedule meetings for Market Specialists/Managers.
• Handle general partnership inquiries via email.
• Support Market Managers and Specialists with ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree student with a mandatory University Agreement.
• Minimum 6 months availability for the internship.
• Fluency in English and at least one other European language.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Calendar, Sites).
• Strong oral and written communication skills with a client-focused approach.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Hotel or Tourism industry.
• Comfort using practical AI tools such as ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity.
