What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of 100-120 restaurant partners to support their ongoing performance and growth.
  • Lead onboarding processes for new partners, including training and operational setup.
  • Drive business growth through menu optimization, marketing campaigns, and promotional tools.
  • Use data to identify commercial opportunities and conduct regular partner check-ins.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth venue operations.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Hebrew and good English proficiency required.
  • Significant experience working within the restaurant or café industry.
  • 0-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or business development.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-facing mindset.
  • Sales-oriented approach with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Comfortable working with data and numbers.
