What you will do

• Manage start-to-finish logistics for international in-person and digital events.
• Ensure all contracted sponsor deliverables are met to the highest standard.
• Provide comprehensive support and management throughout the speaker onboarding process.
• Source, negotiate, and liaise with external suppliers while maintaining budgetary control.
• Prepare realistic forecasts and submit accurate accounts to strict deadlines.
• Project manage events onsite or digitally to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements

• Proven, successful event management experience.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision to strict deadlines under pressure.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills to handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for dealing with senior internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Strong numeracy skills and ability to learn new digital software quickly.
• Flexibility to travel internationally as required.
