What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of delegate management and ticketing services for assigned events and accounts.
• Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on delegate and data management.
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure delivery on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with professional services, R&D, sales, support, and finance teams.
• Mentor junior project managers within the team and share subject matter expertise on Dataflow products.
• Drive operational quality and implement process improvements based on client feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within event technology, ticketing, or delegate management.
• Certification in PRINCE2, PMP, or an equivalent project management methodology.
• Deep knowledge of data management and GDPR compliance.
• Strong client relationship management skills for complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Must be based in the UK and comfortable with a hybrid work model.
• Flexibility for occasional travel and weekend work.

Nice to have

• Commercial awareness, including understanding of project margins and revenue recognition.
• Knowledge of event technologies such as badge printing, NFC/RFID, and lead retrieval.
