What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program strategy and define project scope for enterprise-wide transformation projects.
• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives, including global customer onboarding and migrations.
• Direct high-performing, cross-functional, and globally distributed teams across multiple geographies.
• Perform core project management duties, including developing project plans, RACI matrices, resource plans, and change management strategies.
• Plan and manage Smartsheet architecture, aligning it with global processes and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with Executive Sponsors and stakeholders to drive decision-making and effective escalation processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in delivering large-scale customer migration projects.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to effectively respond to shifting priorities and timelines.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead areas of the organization not under direct authority.
• Proficiency in project management software, specifically Smartsheet, MS Project, and MS Office.
• Experience leading projects across multiple geographies, functions, and time zones.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical information for a wide range of stakeholders.
