Location: New York, NY, United States; office-based position.

Salary: $100,000–$170,000 annual base salary, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Conduct due diligence and evaluate GP stakes and preferred equity transactions across strategies and sectors.
• Perform fundamental valuation, financial analysis, and follow-up analysis for investment opportunities.
• Prepare written and oral presentations for the Investment Committee.
• Coordinate investment execution with internal counsel, compliance, risk, liquidity management, external counsel, and private market GPs.
• Build relationships with alternative asset managers and support thematic sourcing initiatives.
• Monitor the performance and risk profile of existing portfolio investments.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, leverage finance, GP stakes, private equity, or other private or public markets investing.
• Sound investment judgment with strong numerical, modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time, people, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
