What you will do

  • Manage subrogation financials and ensure accurate reserving and deductible reimbursements.
  • Hear and write respondent arbitrations for first-party medical and auto damage claims.
  • Conduct inbound Property Damage subrogation reviews to validate estimate accuracy.
  • Lead day-to-day operations, including oversight of the subrogation inbox and vendor coordination.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure processes align with organizational goals and claims experience.

Requirements

  • Must hold and maintain a current Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least one U.S. State.
  • 5+ years of experience in claims subrogation within the auto line of business.
  • Proven experience handling both respondent and hearing aspects of arbitrations.
  • Unable to consider candidates who require visa sponsorship.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating environments and ability to navigate multiple systems.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Working knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter.
  • AIC and/or CPCU designations.
  • Experience with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to improve workflow efficiency.
