What you will do

• Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to resolve issues during production testing and integration.
• Perform simulation, analysis, and testing to validate and optimize electrical designs for performance and reliability.
• Generate engineering change documentation and customer-facing records for hardware modifications.
• Support the transition of programs from the development phase to full production.
• Assist design engineering with cost reduction, prototyping, and testing activities.
• Travel up to 10% to various government test sites and supplier locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of design experience focusing on hardware development and implementation.
• Knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, power electronics, RF, and/or signal processing.
• Experience with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and waveform generators.
• U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a necessary security clearance.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Nice to have

• Experience with simulation tools like SPICE, PSpice, LTspice, Simulink, or LabVIEW.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as Altium Designer, Cadence, OrCAD, or Multisim.
• Programming skills in MATLAB, Java, and C.
• Experience with Root-Cause Corrective Action investigations.
