What you will do

• Develop and implement the SAM strategy across the entire enterprise.
• Optimize business processes and policies to ensure hardware and software assets are recorded and tracked.
• Lead the implementation of asset tracking methods and solutions across the organization.
• Monitor software license terms and conditions to remediate anomalies and avoid legal pitfalls.
• Integrate SAM processes within the existing ITSM framework using ServiceNow.
• Develop performance metrics and report the progress and impact of efforts to digital leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) and licensing cost control.
• Ability to design and implement enterprise-level asset tracking processes.
• Working knowledge of ITSM frameworks and ServiceNow.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in St. Louis, MO (3 days per week onsite).
