What you will do

• Coordinate daily inventory and asset management for AV and Networking teams.
• Perform quarterly and annual inventory counts across all IT departments.
• Manage the asset disposal process, including vendor coordination and documentation.
• Maintain and update asset records within the inventory management system.
• Receive incoming IT shipments and document asset creation.
• Conduct random inventory spot-checks to ensure process compliance.

Requirements

• Must have current work authorization in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of relevant experience
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Tampa, FL
• Proficiency in following documented operational procedures

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Jira Assets CMDB
• Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Previous stockroom or inventory experience
