What you will do

• Design, develop, and ship high-quality technical solutions that scale across multiple hirify.global services.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to support team growth and maintainable code.
• Write architecture briefs and proposals and carry out code experiments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional design and product partners to deliver delightful enterprise experiences.
• Own system health and quality, including participation in on-call rotations and live incident response.
• Drive the technical roadmap in alignment with product goals and strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 9+ years of experience in Software Engineering (or equivalent combination of degree and experience).
• 2+ years of experience in technical leadership roles such as tech lead or team lead.
• Demonstrated expertise in large-scale system architecture, distributed systems, and microservices within cloud environments.
• Experience utilizing AI or agentic workflows to enhance implementation and impact.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Ruby, React, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, MySQL, CosmosDB, or Elasticsearch.
• Experience with telemetry dashboards such as Datadog, Sentry, or Azure Data Explorer.
• Experience working within remote, distributed teams.
