Salary: $192,000 – $278,000 USD (USA) / $167,000 – $242,000 CAD (Canada)

What you will do
- Design and evolve identity services that power secure access across all products.
- Architect scalable systems for authentication, authorization, federation, session management, and policy enforcement.
- Partner with technical leaders to build consensus and manage dependencies for the technical vision.
- Write high-quality code with a strict focus on reliability, durability, and maintainability.
- Mentor engineers at various career stages to foster technical growth and engineering excellence.
- Influence long-term platform strategy and align identity capabilities with broader company goals.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building resilient and reliable software systems.
- Deep expertise in Go programming.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Strong understanding of authentication/authorization concepts (OAuth, OIDC, scoped access, policy enforcement).
- Proven ability to define and execute technical roadmaps and drive architectural decisions.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAML, SCIM, WebAuthn, or FIDO2 standards.
- Familiarity with enterprise identity federation or directory integrations.
- Experience building token services, policy engines, or high-scale authorization systems.
- Understanding of zero trust architectures and device trust models.
