What you will do
- Lead and scale a high-performing global solutions architecture team.
- Drive revenue growth by developing and executing technical sales strategies.
- Architect scalable, secure, and customizable AI solutions for complex enterprise workflows.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure platform evolution meets customer needs.
- Define and implement industry-leading best practices for agentic AI and enterprise deployment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture and leading large-scale enterprise projects.
- 10+ years of experience leading sales engineering teams with a focus on revenue growth.
- Deep knowledge of agentic AI, model customization, and enterprise deployment.
- Proven ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing technical teams in a global environment.
- Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to C-suite executives and stakeholders.
- Experience designing and deploying AI solutions for large enterprises with a focus on scalability and security.
Nice to have
- Background in managing scalable AI/ML ecosystems and multi-cloud deployment strategies.
- Knowledge of agent orchestration frameworks like North.
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Track record of working in a startup-like context driving rapid growth.
