Salary: $60,000-75,000 annually

(Primacy) is a marketing agency expanding AI adoption across internal teams and client projects.
What you will do
- Support AI initiatives by researching tools, documenting applications, and creating reusable patterns and proofs-of-concept.
- Assist client teams with AI integration, pilots, and post-implementation reviews.
- Enable internal adoption through documentation, training, demos, and best practices.
- Contribute to business development with proposals, case studies, and thought leadership on AI trends.
Requirements
- Located in one of: CT, FL, GA, IA, MA, MD, NC, OH, RI, SC, TN
- 1–3 years in digital marketing, martech, data, analytics, or AI implementations.
- Degree in Computer Science (strongly preferred).
- Hands-on AI experience with agentic frameworks, MCP, OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or Windsurf.
- Experience integrating AI into workflows, automations, or customer experiences.
- Strong problem-solving, prototyping, communication, and self-starter mindset.

- Cloud platforms, APIs, LLM integrations, prompt engineering, RAG workflows, automation platforms.
