What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex Corporate Systems initiatives, focusing on Agentic AI, Generative AI, and AI-enabled workflow automation.
• Translate business strategies into secure, scalable, and cost-effective solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards and technology roadmaps.
• Guide teams in selecting the right solution pattern, including Agentic AI, Generative AI, embedded platform AI, and traditional integration approaches.
• Lead solution design across application, integration, data, security, cloud, operations, and AI, ensuring performance, scalability, and resilience.
• Define and evolve reusable architecture patterns and guardrails for AI-enabled and Corporate Systems solutions.
• Partner with Enterprise Architects, Cybersecurity, Data, Risk, Legal, Privacy, Operations, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and accountable outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in solution, enterprise, platform, application, integration, or domain architecture roles.
• Experience leading architecture for large-scale technology initiatives in a regulated enterprise environment.
• Hands-on technical understanding of application, integration, data, security, cloud, and AI-enabled solution architecture.
• Solid understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI patterns, including LLM-enabled applications and AI governance.
• Experience partnering with Security, Data, Privacy, Risk, Legal, and Operations stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant solutions.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree is an asset.
• Architecture certifications such as TOGAF, IASA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent are preferred.
• Experience with AWS AI services such as Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Bedrock Agents, Amazon AgentCore, model hosting, retrieval, orchestration, observability, or equivalent AI platform capabilities.
