What you will do

• Own the architecture and design of core platform components from conception through production deployment.
• Develop secure generative AI services and applications using Python and modern frameworks.
• Build and optimize high-performance, low-latency APIs and microservices for AI agentic workflows.
• Communicate technical plans and proposals to cross-functional teams to drive proactive development.
• Bridge backend services, infrastructure, and operations to ensure scalable architecture and seamless deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer with a strong focus on Python.
• Deep expertise in building generative AI applications, LLMs, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector).
• Proficiency with FastAPI, Asyncio, and PostgreSQL.
• Practical experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Location: Must be based in London, UK

Nice to have

• Experience implementing enterprise security standards (IAM, SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC).
• Experience designing robust services for enterprise administration and billing systems.
• Knowledge of infrastructure deployments and complex legacy system migrations.
