What you will do

• Define and achieve regional metrics for data volume, quality, and hardware uptime.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of Field Operations Specialists.
• Act as the senior point of contact for industrial partners, overseeing sourcing, onboarding, and hardware deployment.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Mexico field operations and HQ Engineering/Product teams.
• Ensure all sites meet weekly collection targets and maintain high data integrity.
• Coordinate and participate in regional travel to audit operations and maintain partner relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, business development, or program management.
• Strong professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Proven track record in client-facing roles with experience structuring and negotiating complex projects.
• Ability to manage P&L, billing, and budgeting.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Must be based in Mexico and willing to travel regionally.

Nice to have

• Established network of senior-level contacts within the Mexican industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Experience in hardware deployment or industrial operations.
