What you will do

• Lead founding design-partner client relationships and act as trusted advisor to CHROs and transformation leaders.
• Execute go-to-market campaigns and drive expansion across top accounts.
• Build and lead a team of commercial transformation consultants and platform engineers.
• Harvest engagement patterns into reusable templates and platform capabilities.
• Develop partner ecosystems with Deloitte and other system integrators to scale delivery.
• Represent TalentForge publicly with executives, analysts, and customers.

Requirements

• Senior leader with 15+ years experience in consulting or commercial transformation roles.
• Deep human capital domain expertise in workforce strategy and organizational transformation.
• Proven track record in practice building and managing large client portfolios.
• Commercial fluency in platform economics and consumption pricing models.
• Ability to engage both CHROs and AI technologists effectively.
• Experience leading small elite teams and resisting customization creep.

Nice to have

• Experience with HR technology or talent intelligence platforms.
• Familiarity with regulated, governance-heavy environments including security and responsible AI compliance.
