What you will do

• Partner with enterprise customers to identify operational challenges and define success criteria.
• Design and implement AI agents that integrate with customer systems to perform real-world tasks.
• Own the end-to-end deployment process, focusing on reliability, performance, and continuous iteration.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to scale customer delivery and ship high-quality solutions.
• Develop tools and documentation to improve the scalability of deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical problem-solving.
• Strong fundamentals in software design and systems thinking.
• Experience managing data flows and complex system integrations.
• Proven ability to work directly with customers and navigate ambiguous problems.
• Strong ownership mindset and clear communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or customer-facing roles.
• Exposure to conversational AI, automation, or AI agents.
• Experience operating and optimizing production systems.
