What you will do

• Manage project delivery, scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate distributed cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban) and support backlog management.
• Track project progress, priorities, and delivery status to ensure transparency.
• Identify project risks and propose effective mitigation actions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT outsourcing or consulting environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery practices.
• Hands-on experience with project planning, tracking, risk management, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with distributed multicultural teams and international clients.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher spoken and written proficiency required.
