What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for two distributed teams.
• Guide and support teams in applying Agile and Scrum practices to improve day-to-day collaboration.
• Ensure transparency through clear reporting and delivery metrics.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and help remove blockers, dependencies, and communication gaps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Upper-Intermediate English level required.
• Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar Agile tools.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a Technical Writer or Business Analyst.
• Experience working in large enterprise or fintech environments.
