What you will do

• Own and refine the backlog, converting marketing requests into technical stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Lead all Scrum ceremonies including Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Data Engineering, CRM, and Ecommerce teams to design automated customer journeys.
• Maintain project governance and documentation within Jira and Confluence.
• Ensure developers have necessary information and confirm that the Definition of Done is met.
• Manage dependencies across product teams to minimize delivery risks.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• Advanced English (written and spoken) required
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in the MarTech space.
• Proven experience leading Agile ceremonies and managing backlogs.
• Familiarity with MarTech channels (Paid Media, Email, Push) and data integration (CDPs, Braze).
• Understanding of data compliance regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
