What you will do

• Coordinate the onboarding of client payment processing accounts, including recurring billing and point-of-sale setups.
• Review and submit merchant applications and required documentation to payment processors.
• Monitor account setup progress and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Troubleshoot account and transaction-related issues to reach a resolution.
• Support clients and internal teams with payment, billing, and transaction inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records within CRM and internal documentation systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written communication skills for professional email correspondence.
