What you will do

• Develop and execute event strategies aligned with enterprise marketing and business goals to connect customers with water solutions.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for trade shows, customer events, executive programs, and user conferences.
• Manage comprehensive event logistics, including venue sourcing, AV, technology, food and beverage, and registration.
• Control event budgets, including forecasting, tracking, invoice processing, and ROI analysis.
• Oversee agency, contractor, and vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and service delivery.
• Collaborate with global teams across Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or event management.
• Proven experience managing complex events across EMEA and international markets.
• Strong project management and budget oversight skills.
• Excellent communication skills; German language proficiency is desirable.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience in a global B2B organization.
• Proficiency with Cvent.
• Familiarity with international contracts and venue sourcing.
