What you will do

• Lead the Technical Service department, aligning daily operations with the company's strategic goals.
• Recruit, train, and mentor multidisciplinary technical teams across design, equipment, and project support domains.
• Manage the overall operational budget, including investment planning and operational expenses.
• Drive technical execution quality and cost efficiency for mechanical retrofit and MRO service projects.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Field Service to ensure high customer satisfaction and secure contract renewals.
• Oversee strict adherence to QHSE standards, internal policies, and external regulations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Technical Engineering (or equivalent professional experience).
• 10+ years of experience in technical leadership or engineering management, specifically within Power Plants or Waste-to-Energy sectors.
• Proven track record in managing technical departments and achieving performance targets.
• Experience with budgeting, resource planning, and design processes for service tendering.
• English: Fluent proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in the USA and available for occasional regional and international travel.
