Project Engineering Manager (Water/Wastewater)

What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians on high-profile municipal water/wastewater projects.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables, conduct research for equipment recommendations, and oversee data collection.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, quality requirements, and workplans across multiple disciplines.
• Coordinate activities as responsible charge for complex projects and serve as technical leader.
• Identify client interests, communicate concerns, develop solutions, and manage project changes directly with clients.
• Supervise, mentor engineering staff, handle hiring, performance management, and support business development.

Requirements

• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding including background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering from accredited program or equivalent; minimum 5 years related experience.
• Active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer of record (EOR) requirements.
• Experience managing engineering work on water/wastewater projects.

Nice to have

• PE license.
• Previous engineering consulting experience.
• Experience executing complex multi-discipline WTP and WWTP upgrades and expansions.
