What you will do

• Establish strategy for supporting developers, researchers, and enterprises.
• Build and maintain developer community spaces like Discord and forums, capture feedback, and turn it into actionable issues.
• Organize meetups, hackathons, office hours, and live streams to introduce hirify.global to new audiences.
• Collaborate with developer groups, universities, and open-source communities for events.
• Spotlight user projects through case studies, writeups, and guest talks.
• Build automations and scalable systems for community operations.
• Work with technical and marketing teams on cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• 2–3 years in a community-focused role with track record engaging technical users
• Strong operations instincts for building scalable processes and driving initiatives.
• Strong written communication and experience on Discord, X.
• Proven experience organizing developer events from meetups to hackathons.
• Genuine empathy for developers, curiosity about AI, energized by social interactions.
