What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of high-value client accounts and conduct structured, data-driven touchpoints.
- Identify and close account expansion opportunities, including tier upgrades and development retainers.
- Monitor plan scope consumption and lead commercial conversations regarding pricing and upgrades.
- Hold delivery teams accountable for quality and timeliness, escalating risks before they impact clients.
- Lead monthly client review meetings and manage difficult conversations regarding scope and expectations.
- Coordinate with delivery, support, and development teams to maintain relationship ownership.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing client relationships in a B2B services or agency environment.
- Strong experience with WordPress and web technology services and their impact on KPIs.
- Proven ability to identify and close commercial expansion opportunities.
- Experience handling direct commercial conversations: pricing, scope, and renewals.
- Strong remote communication skills for building trust without in-person interaction.
- Must be available during US business hours.
